DESCRIPTION

I hereby confirm that I have none of the following diseases and symptoms which do not allow participating in the seminar:
Brain tumor; Open tuberculosis; Bile stones and/or kidney stones (more than 1 cm in diameter); Cerebral aneurysm, epilepsy; Higher blood pressure (higher than 200/120); Drug addiction; Stroke or myocardial infarction (in the last 12 months); Operations (in the last 8 months); Oncological diseases; Alcohol addiction; Pregnancy, mental illness.
In exceptional cases, the participation may be allowed by the seminar teacher (by appointment).
