I hereby confirm that I have none of the following diseases and symptoms which do not allow participating in the seminar:
Brain tumor; open tuberculosis; gallstones and/or kidney stones (over 1 cm in diameter); cerebral aneurysm (vascular aneurysm); epilepsy; high blood pressure (above 180/100); treatment with sedatives or psychotropic drugs; drug or alcohol addiction; oncological diseases; pregnancy; mental illnesses; stroke or heart attack (within the last 9 months); surgeries (within the last 9 months): abdominal surgeries, eye surgeries. In exceptional cases, participation in the seminar may be allowed by the seminar leader (after consultation).
